Research Description:

β-carotene is the main source of three major forms of vitamin A: retinol, retinal and retinoic acid. These metabolites of vitamin A play a role in many biological processes including reproduction, embryonic development, vision and adipogenesis. We are investigating its effect on Alzheimer Disease.
